Ingredients

  • 500g Bread flour
  • 300ml Warm water
  • 10g Fresh yeast
  • 200g Drained tuna
  • 100g Black olives

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, yeast, and water to knead a soft dough and let it rise for 2 hours.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal pieces and roll them out into circles.
  3. Spread the tuna, chopped tomatoes, and sliced olives over the first layer of dough.
  4. Cover with the second layer, seal the edges tightly, and bake at 200°C until golden brown.
