Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice
  • 500 g chicken meat (boiled and shredded)
  • 1 small bowl of blanched almonds
  • Puff pastry or homemade thin dough sheet
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

  1. Sauté the rice in butter, add chicken broth, cook halfway, and mix with the shredded chicken.
  2. Grease the baking dish and arrange the blanched almonds at the bottom.
  3. Line the dish with the thin dough, leaving the edges hanging over.
  4. Fill with the rice mixture, fold the edges over to close, and bake until golden brown.
