Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced lamb meat
  • 100 g tail fat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Half a teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  2. Add the spices and knead the meat mixture for at least 15 minutes.
