Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 500 grams of chicken or partridge meat
  • 1 tea glass of almonds and pine nuts
  • For the dough: 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, flour, and salt
  • Half a tea glass of currants
  • Black pepper, allspice, and butter

Preparation

  1. Boil and shred the chicken meat, then semi-cook the rice in butter with almonds, peanuts, currants, and spices.
  2. Knead a dough with flour, egg, yogurt, and salt to an earlobe consistency and roll it out thinly.
  3. Grease the baking mold with butter and arrange the almonds, then line the mold with the rolled-out dough.
  4. Fill it with the prepared pilaf and meat, cover it with the overlapping dough, and bake until golden brown.
