Ingredients
- 3 cups of rice
- 500g boiled chicken or partridge meat
- 1 tea glass of peeled almonds
- 1 tablespoon currants
- For the dough: 2 eggs, 3 spoons of yogurt, flour
Preparation
- Sauté the rice with almonds and currants in butter and cook halfway with chicken broth.
- Knead a soft dough with egg, yogurt, oil, and flour, then roll it out thinly.
- Decorate a fez-shaped pot with almonds, spread the dough inside, and fill with the rice.
- Close the hanging edges of the dough, bake until golden brown, and serve by turning upside down.
