Ingredients
- 500 grams of flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of grape molasses
- 2 cups of sesame seeds
- Warm water
Preparation
- Mix flour, yeast, salt, and warm water to knead a smooth dough and leave it to ferment.
- Cut pieces from the fermented dough and shape them into rings.
- Dip the prepared rings first into diluted grape molasses, then into plenty of sesame seeds.
- Bake in a preheated stone oven or high-heat home oven until golden brown.
