Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted Osmaniye peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Salt, black pepper

Preparation

  1. Grind the roasted peanuts in a food processor until they form a powder.
  2. Melt butter in a pot and sauté the flour until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground peanuts and continue to sauté for a few more minutes.
  4. Slowly add the chicken broth while stirring continuously and bring to a boil.
  5. Add cream, salt, and black pepper to the boiling soup, then simmer for 5 minutes.
