Ingredients

  • 1 cup of whole wheat berries
  • 1 cup of boiled chickpeas
  • 500g strained yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • Musabeyli olive oil and dried mint

Preparation

  1. Boil the wheat berries in plenty of water until tender.
  2. Add the boiled chickpeas to the pot and continue to simmer on low heat.
  3. Whisk yogurt, flour, and a bit of water in a bowl, tempering it with a ladle of hot broth.
  4. Slowly pour the yogurt mixture into the pot, stir continuously until it boils, and drizzle with hot mint oil.
