Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Musabeyli raisins
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour or starch
  • 3 cups of water
  • Walnuts for topping

Preparation

  1. Wash the raisins and soak them in warm water until soft.
  2. Melt butter in a pot and gently roast the flour.
  3. Add the softened raisins along with their water into the roasted flour while stirring continuously.
  4. Boil until it reaches a thick pudding consistency, pour into bowls, and garnish with walnuts.
