Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 125 grams of butter
- Half a Turkish tea glass of vegetable oil
- 1.5 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of water or milk
Preparation
- Combine water (or milk) and sugar in a pot, heating until the sugar dissolves to make the syrup.
- Melt the butter and oil in a wide pan, then add the flour.
- Roast the flour over low heat, stirring constantly, until it turns deep golden and fragrant.
- Slowly pour the warm syrup into the roasted flour, stir quickly until absorbed, then shape with a spoon and serve.
