Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- Salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper
Preparation
- Boil the chicken in plenty of water, separate the meat from bones, and shred it into small pieces.
- In a separate pot, lightly roast the flour in butter until aromatic.
- Slowly add warm chicken broth to the flour to obtain a smooth, thick gravy.
- Spread the shredded chicken in a baking dish, pour the gravy over it, bake until golden, and drizzle with hot butter.
