Preparation
- Knead a soft dough using flour, yeast, salt, and warm water, then leave it to ferment.
- For the filling, sauté the onions and minced meat, then add finely chopped spinach and season with spices.
- Take pieces from the dough and roll them out into long, thin shapes.
- Spread the filling in the middle, fold the edges over each other to close, and bake until golden brown.
