- 4 cups of flour
- 1 tea glass of water buffalo milk
- 1 cup of crushed walnuts
- 200 g water buffalo cream
- 3 cups of granulated sugar (for sherbet)
Preparation
- The dough prepared with flour and buffalo milk is divided into meringue-sized pieces and rolled out thinly.
- Buffalo cream and plenty of crushed walnuts are sprinkled between the rolled dough sheets.
- The dough is rolled up, shaped by twisting around itself, and fried in oil.
- Pre-prepared and cooled sherbet is poured over the hot fried dessert.
