Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup of grated local cheese
  • Butter and ground red pepper (for topping)

Preparation

  1. A dough is kneaded with flour, egg, and water until soft, then rested.
  2. Boiled potatoes are mashed, mixed with cheese, and the inner filling is prepared.
  3. The rolled dough is cut into circles, the potato filling is placed in the center, and closed in a half-moon shape.
  4. The pastries boiled in boiling salted water are taken to the serving plate and drizzled with hot butter with pepper.
