Preparation
- A dough is kneaded with flour, egg, and water until soft, then rested.
- Boiled potatoes are mashed, mixed with cheese, and the inner filling is prepared.
- The rolled dough is cut into circles, the potato filling is placed in the center, and closed in a half-moon shape.
- The pastries boiled in boiling salted water are taken to the serving plate and drizzled with hot butter with pepper.
