Ingredients

  • 2 cups of dry white beans
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • Salt, red pepper flakes, and parsley

Preparation

  1. Boil the dry beans in plenty of water until very soft, then drain.
  2. Mash the hot beans together with garlic until a completely smooth puree is formed.
  3. Add olive oil, vinegar, and salt, then mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with red pepper flakes and chopped parsley.
