Ingredients
- 2 cups of dry white beans
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- Salt, red pepper flakes, and parsley
Preparation
- Boil the dry beans in plenty of water until very soft, then drain.
- Mash the hot beans together with garlic until a completely smooth puree is formed.
- Add olive oil, vinegar, and salt, then mix thoroughly.
- Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with red pepper flakes and chopped parsley.
