  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • Salt, black pepper, and cumin

Preparation

  1. Mix the ground beef, grated onion, salt, and spices well, shape into meatballs, and let them rest.
  2. Heat the bone broth, add melted butter and ground red pepper, then mix well.
  3. Dip the stale bread slices into this hot, spiced bone broth to moisten them slightly.
  4. Grill or pan-fry both the moistened bread slices and the meatballs, then serve the meatballs on top of the bread.
