Ingredients

  • 500 g medium-fat minced lamb
  • 1 onion
  • 2 red capia peppers
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tomatoes and green peppers (for garnish)
  • Salt, black pepper, chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the onion, capia peppers, and parsley or pass them through a meat cleaver.
  2. Knead the chopped vegetables thoroughly with the minced lamb and spices.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into a greased baking tray using your hands.
  4. Garnish the top with tomato and pepper slices and bake in a stone oven or at 200°C.
