  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • Flour as needed
  • 200 g melted butter
  • 300 g pastry cheese or curd
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Preparation

  1. Knead a firm dough by mixing eggs, water, and flour, then divide into meringues and let rest.
  2. Roll out the dough balls into thin sheets.
  3. Boil the dough sheets one by one in boiling salted water in a large pot, then immediately shock them in cold water.
  4. Place the sheets on a greased tray, spreading melted butter between layers, and spread the cheese and parsley filling in the middle layer.
  5. After completing the top layers, cook by turning on the stove or baking in the oven until both sides are browned.
