Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of Ardahan butter
  • 5 cups of hot water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper or red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a pot, add the flour, and roast until fragrant.
  2. Add a bit of cold water quickly to prevent lumping, then pour in the hot water while whisking.
  3. Cook by stirring continuously until the soup boils, then add salt.
  4. Serve hot, drizzled with red pepper flakes heated in butter.
