Ingredients
- 250 grams of butter
- 2.5 cups of flour
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 2 cups of water or milk
- 1 tea glass of crushed walnuts
Preparation
- Mix water (or milk) and sugar in a pot and heat until the sugar dissolves to prepare the syrup.
- Melt the butter in a large teflon pot and add the flour.
- Roast the flour over low heat, stirring continuously, until its color darkens and it releases its aroma.
- Slowly pour the hot syrup into the roasted flour, stir quickly to absorb the syrup, and serve with walnuts.
