- 200 grams of butter (for filling and layers)
- 1 packet of yeast and salt
Preparation
- Milk, oil, yeast, salt, and flour are combined to obtain a smooth dough.
- For the filling, some flour is lightly roasted in butter until fragrant.
- The dough balls are rolled out, buttered, and the roasted filling is placed in the center.
- The closed dough pieces are shaped into rounds and baked in the oven until golden brown.
