Ingredients

  • 1 cup of green lentils
  • 200 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cups of strained yogurt (kurut)
  • Dried stale bread or pita

Preparation

  1. Boil the green lentils and drain the water.
  2. In a separate pan, sauté chopped onions and minced meat in butter, then add the lentils.
  3. Arrange small cut dried bread pieces on the serving plate, dissolve strained yogurt with warm water, and pour over the bread.
  4. Spread the prepared hot minced meat and lentil mixture over the yogurt-covered bread and serve.
