Ingredients

  • 5 cups of flour

  • 150 grams of butter

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

  2. For the filling, melt the butter, add flour and roast until the color turns, then let it cool.
  3. Divide the fermented dough into meringue pieces, roll them out thinly by greasing with melted butter.
  4. Place the prepared flour filling in the middle of the rolled dough, fold it, and bake until golden brown.
