- Hot water for boiling
Preparation
- For the filling, sauté the onions with the minced meat, add spices, and let it cool completely.
- For the dough, knead bulgur, semolina, lean meat, and salt with water until it reaches a paste-like texture.
- Take walnut-sized pieces of dough, hollow them out with your finger to form a thin shell.
- Fill the shell with the cooled meat mixture, seal the edges, and shape into a smooth ball or disc.
- Boil the prepared stuffed bulgur balls in salted boiling water until they float to the top, then drain and serve.
