Preparation
- Mix flour, water, and salt to knead a soft dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into balls and roll out each ball to the thickness of a phyllo sheet.
- Grease the rolled-out dough generously with melted butter.
- Roll the dough into a cylinder, twist it into a rose shape, flatten slightly with a rolling pin, and cook both sides on a griddle.
