Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 cup grated kashar cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the peppers and sauté them in butter.
  2. Add the peeled tomatoes and cook them by mashing thoroughly.
  3. When the tomatoes absorb their juice, add the grated kashar cheese.
  4. Finally, add the egg yolks, mix well, and serve hot.
