Ingredients
- 1 kg cubed lamb meat
- 100 g lamb tail fat
- 2 heads of garlic
- 4 green peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- Salt and red pepper flakes
Preparation
- Place the cubed lamb and chopped tail fat in a baking tray.
- Peel the garlic cloves and scatter them whole among the meat.
- Add the chopped green peppers and tomatoes to the tray.
- Add salt and spices, then mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Bake in a preheated oven until the meat becomes tender.
