- 2 cups of granulated sugar (for syrup)
- 2 cups of water (for syrup)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation
- Mix flour, egg, and milk to knead a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin sheets.
- Lightly cook the sheets on a griddle on both sides.
- Prepare the syrup by boiling sugar and water, then let it cool to warm.
- Fold the cooked dough sheets, brush with melted butter, pour the warm syrup over them and serve.
