Ingredients

  • 1 kg flour
  • Water and salt
  • 500 g strained yogurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g butter

Preparation

  1. Knead a firm dough with flour, water, and salt.
  2. Spread the dough on a thick tray and bake it in the oven.
  3. Cut the top crust of the baked bread and crumble the inside.
  4. Serve by pouring garlicky yogurt and melted hot butter over it.
