Ingredients

  • 1 cup of goce (cracked wheat)
  • 2 cups of strained yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of dried mint

Preparation

  1. Boil the cracked wheat (goce) in plenty of water until it softens completely.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, flour, and egg yolk until smooth to prepare the dressing.
  3. Warm the dressing by adding a ladle of boiling wheat water, then slowly pour the mixture into the pot.
  4. Cook by stirring until the soup boils and thickens, then drizzle with hot butter infused with mint.
