Ingredients
- 2 cups of dried beans
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 6 cups of hot water
Preparation
- Soak the dried beans overnight, then boil them the next day until soft and drain the water.
- Sauté the finely chopped onions in butter until translucent.
- Add the pepper paste and red pepper flakes, and continue to sauté for a few more minutes.
- Add the boiled beans and hot water, then simmer on low heat until the soup thickens.
