This soup is a source of healing served from early morning hours in Maltepe artisan restaurants. Its difference from traditional Istanbul soups is that it gets its consistency from the starch of potatoes and carrots without using flour. You can visit the historical bazaar restaurants on the Map to taste the best examples.
