- 1 whole Sea Bass
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Preparation
- Clean, wash, and dry the sea bass thoroughly.
- Slice the onions and tomatoes into rings and layer them at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the fish on top of the vegetables, adding garlic cloves and bay leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
