Ingredients

  • 500g Boiled Neck Meat
  • 4 cups of Meat Broth
  • 2 tablespoons of Flour
  • 1 Egg Yellow
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of Vinegar

Preparation

  1. Shred the pre-boiled neck meat into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Lightly roast the flour in butter inside a pot, then pour in the meat broth.
  3. Whisk egg yolk and lemon juice, then temper it slowly into the boiling broth.
  4. Add the shredded meat, simmer for 10 minutes, and serve hot with garlic vinegar.
