Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Semolina
  • 150g Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of Pine Nuts
  • 2 cups of Milk
  • 1.5 cups of Sugar

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan, then add the pine nuts and semolina.
  2. Roast over low heat, stirring continuously until the semolina turns golden brown.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and sugar together until fully dissolved.
  4. Slowly pour the warm milk syrup into the roasted semolina, let it rest, then bake in small bowls until the top crisps.
