Ingredients
- 4 Whole squids (totani)
- 80g Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 1 tbsp Pine nuts
- 400g Tomato puree
- Garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and white wine
Preparation
- Clean the squids, separate the tentacles, and chop them finely.
- Sauté the chopped tentacles with garlic, capers, pine nuts, and breadcrumbs in olive oil to prepare the filling.
- Stuff the mixture into the squid bodies and seal the openings with toothpicks.
- Sear the squids in a pan, deglaze with white wine, then add tomato puree and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.
