  • 100g Butter
  • 250g Dried figs
  • 50g Raisins and 50g walnuts
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Colorful sprinkles and egg white

Preparation

  1. Knead flour, sugar, and butter into a smooth cookie dough and let it rest in the refrigerator.
  2. Blend dried figs, raisins, walnuts, and orange zest in a food processor until a thick paste forms.
  3. Roll out the dough, cut into strips, place the filling in the middle, roll it up, and shape into rings or slices.
  4. Bake at 180°C, then brush with egg white and scatter colorful sprinkles on top.
