- Zest of 1 orange
- Colorful sprinkles and egg white
Preparation
- Knead flour, sugar, and butter into a smooth cookie dough and let it rest in the refrigerator.
- Blend dried figs, raisins, walnuts, and orange zest in a food processor until a thick paste forms.
- Roll out the dough, cut into strips, place the filling in the middle, roll it up, and shape into rings or slices.
- Bake at 180°C, then brush with egg white and scatter colorful sprinkles on top.
