  • 320g Spaghetti pasta
  • 6 Anchovy fillets in oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 50g Stale breadcrumbs
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Chili flakes and fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Toast the breadcrumbs in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil, crushed garlic, and chili flakes in a large pan; add anchovies and cook on low heat until they melt.
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
  4. Transfer the pasta to the sauce pan, add fresh parsley, toss well, and sprinkle with the crunchy breadcrumbs before serving.
