- 320g Spaghetti pasta
- 6 Anchovy fillets in oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 50g Stale breadcrumbs
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Chili flakes and fresh parsley
Preparation
- Toast the breadcrumbs in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown and set aside.
- Heat olive oil, crushed garlic, and chili flakes in a large pan; add anchovies and cook on low heat until they melt.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
- Transfer the pasta to the sauce pan, add fresh parsley, toss well, and sprinkle with the crunchy breadcrumbs before serving.
