Ingredients
- 375 g Flour
- 20 g Fresh Yeast
- 150 ml Warm Milk
- 50 g Butter (room temperature)
- 1 kg Fresh Plums or Apples (pitted and sliced)
- 50 g Sugar
Preparation
- Mix flour, yeast, warm milk, and butter to prepare a smooth yeast dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the risen dough very thinly onto a greased large baking sheet.
- Arrange the sliced fresh fruits tightly over the dough and sprinkle with a bit of sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden.
