- 1 kg Fatty Pork (or pork and beef mixture)
- 15 g Salt
- 2 g Cumin (ground)
- 3 g Marjoram (dried)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- Natural Sheep Casings
Preparation
- Grind the meat together with the spices and garlic twice through the fine plate of a meat grinder.
- Mix the sausage meat well, let it rest in a cold environment, and stuff it into the sheep casings.
- Link the sausages into portions and grill them over oak charcoal fire until beautifully browned on both sides.
- Sprinkle slightly with beer or water before putting them on the grill to prevent the casings from bursting.
