- Tomato and pepper paste
- Onion and garlic
- Pomegranate molasses and oil

Preparation
- Grate the onions and garlic very finely.
- Put bulgur in a tray and slowly start kneading with tomato paste and isot.
- Add the grated onion and garlic and continue kneading.
- Add spices, pomegranate molasses, and oil, and knead for about 45 minutes until bulgur softens.
- Add finely chopped greens, mix gently, and shape by squeezing in your hand.
