Ingredients

  • Fine brown bulgur
  • Isot (Urfa pepper)
  • Tomato and pepper paste
  • Onion and garlic
  • Pomegranate molasses and oil
  • Spring onion, parsley

Preparation

  1. Grate the onions and garlic very finely.
  2. Put bulgur in a tray and slowly start kneading with tomato paste and isot.
  3. Add the grated onion and garlic and continue kneading.
  4. Add spices, pomegranate molasses, and oil, and knead for about 45 minutes until bulgur softens.
  5. Add finely chopped greens, mix gently, and shape by squeezing in your hand.
