  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 200 grams of minced meat

Preparation

  1. Knead flour, egg, water, and salt to get a firm dough.
  2. Mix minced meat, finely chopped onion, and spices to prepare the filling.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly, cut into small squares, place the filling, and fold.
  4. Boil in boiling water, drain, and serve with garlic yogurt and melted butter.
