Stuffed Leaves with Walnuts, usually prepared with grape leaves or white cabbage leaves, is characterized by adding finely ground walnuts to the filling in addition to rice or bulgur. This dish, the crowning glory of wedding and holiday tables in Kilimli villages, is baked with butter poured over it or cooked slowly on the stove.
