Ingredients

  • 300g flour and 1 egg
  • 1 kg tart apples
  • 100g raisins and 50g pine nuts
  • 100g butter and breadcrumbs
  • Cinnamon and sugar

Preparation

  1. Roll out a smooth and very thin dough using flour, water, egg, and a little oil.
  2. Slice the apples thinly and mix them with sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and pine nuts.
  3. Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs.
  4. Spread the apple mixture onto the dough, roll it up, and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
