Ingredients

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 1 packet of yeast and warm water
  • 300 grams of fresh spinach
  • 200 grams of minced beef
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • Salt, black pepper, and chili flakes
  • Melted butter for brushing

Preparation

  1. Knead a smooth dough using flour, yeast, salt, and warm water, then leave it to rise.
  2. For the filling, chop the onions, sauté with minced meat, then add finely chopped spinach and spices to cook briefly.
  3. Roll out small pieces of dough into thin, elongated oval shapes.
  4. Spread the spinach and meat filling over the dough, fold the edges over to seal it, bake until golden brown, and brush with melted butter.
