Preparation

  1. Traditional hives in Eruh highlands are placed at designated high points in spring.
  2. Bees are left completely to their natural flow to collect nectar from wild flowers.
  3. In the autumn season, honeycombs are carefully harvested from the hives.
  4. It is strained and jarred without any heat treatment and delivered to tables.
