Ingredients

  • 100g Walnuts
  • 100g Almonds and hazelnuts
  • 100g Dark chocolate
  • 100g Candied fruits
  • 100g Honey
  • 1 Tsp freshly ground black pepper and cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the nuts and dark chocolate, then place them in a large bowl.
  2. Gently heat the honey in a small saucepan until it becomes fluid.
  3. Mix all the ingredients, spices, and melted honey together to form a dense mixture.
  4. Shape the mixture into round loaves and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
