Ingredients

  • 1 kg fresh seasonal fish (cleaned)
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter and lemon slices

Preparation

  1. Slice the onions and peppers into rings and arrange them at the bottom of a wide pot.
  2. Place the cleaned fish on top of the vegetables.
  3. Add sliced tomatoes and lemon slices over the fish.
  4. Add pieces of butter, pour in a tiny bit of water, close the lid, and cook over low heat.
