Preparation

  1. The chicken or partridge meat is boiled, separated from the bones, and shredded.
  2. The rice is parboiled together with almonds, pine nuts, and spices.
  3. The dough prepared with flour, egg, and yogurt is rolled out thinly.
  4. The dough is placed in a specially greased mold lined with almonds, filled with the rice mixture, and baked until golden.
