Ingredients

  • Dough rolled out with special baklava flour
  • 150g fresh sheep's milk clotted cream
  • 100g ground pistachios
  • 50g melted butter
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Roll out the dough on a marble counter by hand until it is paper-thin.
  2. Scatter pieces of fresh clotted cream and ground pistachios inside.
  3. Fold the dough into an envelope shape and fry both sides in a buttered pan.
  4. Serve hot, dusted with powdered sugar and extra pistachios.
