Karaman Guymak dessert is an established recipe prepared to give energy, especially during winter months. It should not be confused with the savory kuymak of the Black Sea region; this is a completely sweet Karaman delicacy. You can examine the Harita zone to reach the locations of shops selling local products. This dessert is a unique reflection of the halva culture across Türkiye.
